Agent · Claudemoved to Proposal

01

Born from the chat.

Every person who writes on WhatsApp becomes a contact — one per person, across every number of the company. Nobody types a record.

02

A pipeline of yours.

Leads, clients and deals with a value. Stages with the names, colours and order your operation actually uses.

03

Worked by agents.

The agent reads the history, creates the deal, moves the stage and leaves the note. With a role you define — and everything audited.

What the agent does, literally

MCP tools, not integrations.

Every CRM action is a tool that Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or n8n call over the MCP protocol. Same rules, same pipeline as the interface — no parallel flow.

The agent's key carries a role: read (viewer), messages (agent) or full (manager). Deleting and merging stay with people.

The module

Everything a WhatsApp pipeline needs. Nothing it doesn't.

  1. 01

    Automatic contacts

The first message creates the contact; the identity is the person's WhatsApp, not the dialled number. One customer, one record, across all your numbers.

  2. 02

    Leads and clients

A lead moves through the stages until it becomes an active client. Winning a deal does the conversion by itself — the board and the agent agree.

  3. 03

    Deals with a value

Every deal has a title, a value and its own stage: discovery, proposal, negotiation, won or lost. Won and lost dates are stamped automatically.

  4. 04

    Context in one call

get_contact returns the contact, the stage, every conversation, open deals and the latest notes. The agent reads before it answers.

  5. 05

    Your stages, stable keys

Rename, recolour and reorder the stages. Each one's key never changes — it is what the agent types, so nothing breaks when the team reorganises.

  6. 06

    Audit trail

Who created, who moved, who annotated — person or agent, with the key used. Records written by agents are marked on the board.

You really supervise

Supervision as a mechanism, not a slogan.

Everyone promises "humans in control". These are the five controls that exist in Nivox today — none of them is a promise.

  1. 01

    Roles that become scopes

Viewer, agent, manager, admin. An AI agent's key carries one of those roles — read, messages or full — and nothing beyond it.

  2. 02

    OAuth 2.1 consent

An MCP client asks for access and someone on the team authorises it on a screen, with the chosen role. Revocable from the same list as the keys.

  3. 03

    Audit trail with an author

Every action, by a person or by an agent, is recorded with who did it, with which key and when. Append-only; nobody edits it.

  4. 04

    Modules switched on per organization

CRM and Help Desk exist when you turn them on. An agent cannot reach what the organization has not enabled.

  5. 05

The customer knows who is talking

The message says "Agent · Claude" or "Ana · agent". People and agents attend on the same number, without pretending.

How it starts

From a number to an agent working the pipeline.

  1. 01

    Connect the official number

Meta's Embedded Signup, inside Nivox. The number can even stay in the WhatsApp Business app (coexistence).

  2. 02

Turn the CRM on and adjust the stages

The default pipeline is ready. Contacts from earlier conversations show up on the board right away.

  3. 03

    Give the agent a role

An API key or an OAuth login for Claude, ChatGPT or n8n. The public skill teaches the procedure; the audit trail shows what it did.

Frequently asked questions

What is a CRM for agents?

A CRM where the AI agent does the record-keeping: it creates deals, moves stages, writes notes and looks up the history from the WhatsApp conversations. In Nivox that happens over the MCP protocol, with the same rules and the same pipeline as the interface — the agent gets a role, and every action it takes lands in the audit trail.

Do I need to import my contact base?

Not to get started. Every person who writes to your official number becomes a contact automatically, one per person across all the numbers of the company. When you turn the module on, earlier conversations already show up on the board. A base import can be done by the Nivox team during onboarding.

Does it work with Claude, ChatGPT and n8n?

Yes. Any MCP client connects to the public Nivox endpoint with an API key or through OAuth 2.1 — Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, n8n and Zapier among them. The documentation and the CRM skill are public and can be read by the agent itself.

Do AI agents pay for a seat?

No. Plan seats count the people on your team. Agents are unlimited, and each one gets a key with a role: read, messages or full. What the plan sets is a monthly quota of agent actions — the writes made over MCP — with cheap extra blocks when it runs out. You revoke the key at any time.

What can't the agent do?

Deleting and merging contacts and changing the structure of the pipeline stay with people, on every role. An agent with the manager role edits records and stages, but never manages users, keys or billing — administrative actions do not exist over MCP.

Is the WhatsApp the official one?

Yes. Nivox connects numbers through Meta's Cloud API with Embedded Signup. There is no unofficial-API QR code and no phone kept online, and the WhatsApp Business account remains yours.

How does the price compare with a traditional CRM?

Traditional CRMs charge per user, and each AI agent usually comes in as one more seat, as credits that expire or as a per-resolution fee. In Nivox the plan is per organization: people count, agents do not, and the inference is your provider's. CRM and Help Desk are included, together with the inbox and the templates.

Can I have just the CRM, without the Help Desk?

Yes. CRM and Help Desk are independent modules, switched on per organization. Contacts are shared between the two — if you ever turn the other one on, the history is already there.

Does Meta allow AI agents on WhatsApp?

Yes, when they are business agents. Since January 2026 Meta's policy bans general-purpose AI chatbots on the API and allows agents that support, sell or schedule on behalf of a business. In Nivox an agent is born with a role and a scope inside your organization — a business agent by construction, with every action recorded.

How much does Meta charge for messages?

Meta charges per delivered template message, priced by category and by country, directly on your account — Nivox is not in the middle and adds no margin. Meta has announced that from October 2026 replies inside the 24-hour window will be charged too, at the utility rate of the country. A focused agent that reads the context in one call instead of asking everything again costs less than a chatty bot.

Can I use my own model or my own AI key?

Yes, that is the default. The agent is yours — Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, n8n, Zapier or any MCP client — with the model and the subscription you already pay for. Nivox does not resell inference and charges no AI credits: the plan covers the operation, and the agent brings the intelligence.

Ask your agent about Nivox.

Copy the prompt and paste it into Claude, ChatGPT or whichever agent you use. The documentation is public and written to be read by them.

Read https://nivox.me/llms.txt and https://nivox.me/docs/mcp.md and explain to me: how an AI agent operates the Nivox CRM over MCP, which roles a key can have, and what lands in the audit trail. Then list what you could do for my sales team on WhatsApp.
